Product Description

CKD-TLMC V24.04 is a solution for big scope marking, cleaning or peeling.

By automatically moving workpiece and splicing marking methods, TLMC V24.04 realizes marking on huge workpiece of 600*1200mm.
The user does not need to constantly replace workpiece in the laser scanning area.

It not only avoids the deformation by traditional big lens scan for big workpiece, avoids the shortcomings of reducing laser power, avoids inaccurate by manual alignment, but also saves work labor.

The program setting of TLMC V24.04 automatically moves and aligns the position, greatly improves the accuracy.

Machine structure introduction:

The mobile platform is made of full aluminum alloy by digital CNC machining, which is not easy to deform, and adopts high-precision axis, one computer controlling two laser scanning heads at the same time.




Support customized fixtures on mobile platform according to users' workpiece or application.


Adopt the most mature laser marking software, set the program according to the customer's application, and directly start the automatic marking.

Mobile platform automatically moves to next marking areas after marking before areas.



This solution fits long material logo marking, big plate points cleaning, and vector diagram marking. Users can edit marking contents in marking software or input files of ai, plt, dxf and so on.
