CKD-TLMC, V25.06 is designed to simultaneously mark different symbols on multiple surfaces and varying heights of large-scale products in a single operation.

Additionally, a single computer controls two laser devices, greatly improving coordination efficiency and eliminating the need to leave the workstation to configure each laser individually.

The operator places a cylindrical product into the custom fixture (worktable), and the machine automatically marks different content on various surfaces of the product, the entire process takes just 5 seconds.

The "dual-beam photoelectric sensors", combined with the worktable's precision positioning grooves, ensures that the cylindrical workpiece only triggers the laser when rotated to the designated position. This design significantly reduces operator workload, improves efficiency, and minimizes error rates.

Long-Stroke X-Axis with High-Precision Adjustment:
The image above demonstrates the X-axis fine-tuning of the system, achieving a precision of 0.01mm.
Unlike standard equipment (which either lacks an X-axis or requires add-on low-precision 2D stages), the CKD-TLMC V25.06 delivers:
- Extended travel range for large-format workpieces
