What is laser vision location marking?
Laser marking logo on components that are small, random placed and need to keep logo direction on pointed location of the components. Vision location system with laser can help users mark quickly and precisely without human one by one arranging component / work pieces / material.

The whole machine consists of:
- Vision location system: V24.06 of CKD-TLMV, greatly simplified the vision system, to avoid the complicated installation, to avoid the impact of external environment changing the accuracy. All precision devices are integrated in one black box, truly user-friendly and easier to install, maintain and upgrade.
- PC with software: Specific industrial computer with calibrated vision location laser marking software, we CKD LASER have accumulated a large number of user parameters in the past 13 years, provided users with the most stable and reliable visual software.
- Conveyor: this is an optional item, users can math machine with their own conveyor, or order from CKD LASER, our standard conveyor is 1 meter long, users can choose with background light on conveyor or not.
- Feeder: Customized and optional. The automatic feeder can correct the obverse or reverse face and preliminarily calibrate the workpieces' direction in an easier scope, before the workpieces enter into the vision location range. This makes the visual locating faster, further ensuring accuracy while speed increases.
- Collector: User prepared by themselves.
- Water chiller: Come with machine when the laser is water-cooling mode.
Identification scope:
The theoretical value of the standard visual range is 140*110mm, affected by various factors, the maximum marking range of the laser after the visual system in practical application is less than or equal to the value. The influencing factors are: laser type, laser focal length, according to the reasonable error generated in the process of customer application debugging.
Work flow:
Upload the material, the conveyor transfers the material into identification scope, the software automatically calibrates the marking direction, the laser marks the material, then the conveyor transfers the marked material away.
V24.06 of CKD-TLMV matches a control box, it can adjust the lights around the marking scope, adapting this system more kind of material, improving the accuracy and reducing the reject ratio.

How to choose configuration?
1. According to material:
Fiber laser: marking metal, and some non-metal
UV laser: good at marking plastic
CO2 laser: mark some non-metal better
2. According to marking depth and workload:
Bigger power engraves deeper and fit heavy workload, avoiding too much power fade after long time heavy workload.
3. Water-cooling or air-cooling
If your working environment is hot, recommend water-cooling for high power laser and it's better to keep work temperature under 25ºC. If your working environment is cold, recommend air-cooling and need keeping work temperature above 0ºC.
4. Demo test
