CKD-EX-2001 is a compact fume extractor, we CKD LASER CO., LTD specifically designed to work with portable laser marking machines. Its extraction duct can be flexibly and precisely adjusted according to the direction of the smoke source.

During laser processing, hazardous dust is generated, containing suspended particles such as metal, paint, wood, and glass. Prolonged inhalation by workers can cause irreversible lung damage. To prevent these harmful dust particles from becoming a health hazard and compromising your well-being, investing in a professional-grade fume extractor is essential.



Our laser smoke purifier offers superior performance compared to conventional protection methods, combining portability, cost efficiency, and advanced filtration technology to eliminate hazardous particulate matter (PM), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and airborne debris generated during laser marking/engraving.

The CKD-EX-2001 laser smoke purifier integrates a three-stage filtration mechanism to ensure comprehensive removal of particulate matter (PM) and hazardous gases, achieving ISO 15012-1 compliance for workplace air safety.

Notice: machine comes with filter layers of 1,2, 3 above, users can purchase extra ones for replacement.


Primary Layer (Pre-Filter)

Function: Captures coarse particles (>10 µm) such as metal/plastic debris generated during laser processing.

Material: Washable synthetic fiber mesh (G4 grade, EN779:2012).

Purpose: Protects downstream filters, extending service life.


Intermediate Layer (HEPA + Activated Carbon)

Function: Traps fine particles (PM_2.5, 0.3-2.5 µm) and adsorbs volatile organic compounds (VOCs)/odors.

Specs:
HEPA: 99.97% efficiency @ 0.3 µm (H13, EN1822).

Activated Carbon: 5 kg granular carbon bed for toluene/xylene/formaldehyde.


Final Layer (Ultra-Fine Filtration)

Function: Eliminates residual submicron particles (<0.3 µm) and noxious gases (e.g., ozone, NO_x).

Technology:

Electrostatic precipitator (optional): Ionization for nanoparticle agglomeration.

Secondary carbon filter: Enhanced gas adsorption (≥95% efficiency).

Output: Purified air discharged via bottom vents (particle count <1,000/ft³ per ISO 14644-1 Class 8).
