What is vision location marking?
Marking logo on competences that are small, placed irregularly and no direction. Vision location system can help you mark quickly without human arranging material one by one. After matching with laser, logo marking is more precision.
What are the advantages of CKD-TLMV V21.06 ?
- Can work with conveyor of your product line, dynamic recognize the location once the material flowing into the marking scope.
- Automatically mark after the recognition.

How it works and how to install when I get it?
1. The machine will be whole packed, with the separately packed monitor of computer. The user doesn't need to install beside the monitor.
You can match the vision location machine with your conveyor of your pipe line. If you don't have a conveyor, we can supply 20*100cm conveyor as an optional part.
2. Start the machine, input marking content in computer. Put your materials on conveyor.
You also can put the material inside the marking scope if you don't have a conveyor.
3. Once the materials go in the recognition scope under the marking head, the location system will capture them and show in the monitor of the computer.
4. The computer will command the laser to mark.
What contents can be marked?
Series number, QR number, bar code, vector of logo and bit map (photo).

What are the use environment and precautions?
- Clean, no smoke and dusty. If your workshop will not install smoke exhauster or smoke filter, we can supply a portable smoke purifier to collect smoke and dusty caused during marking.
- Best work temperature: 15-25ºC.
- Avoid big shock for the system
- Avoid more extra light effect beside the light from the machine and your fixed work light.
