Product Description

CKD-CFLA V20.03 is used for marking produce date, series number, bar code on packing box or bottle. It works with other equipment on the production Line, the laser automatically marks logo, date or numbers on product once the product enters into the marking scope.


CKD-CFLA V20.03 is a CO2 laser marking system, mainly mark on non-metal materials, such as, plastic bottle (PP, PE, PVC, ABS and so on), wood, bamboo, leather, paper, cloth, organic materials, epoxide resin and so on.


CKD-CFLA V20.03 is equipped with accurate calculation system, with a multi-functional touch screen to set marking content, by coder to coordinate the speed of laser and product conveyor, through sensors sensing products into the laser area and transfer the signal back to the laser marking machine, then the machine commands marking head output laser.

In the whole process, according to the set program, the machine automatically generates the next marking content, automatically jumps number or code, to mark each product a unique number or code.

Automatically counts and stores data even when there is no network. The machine is equipped with one or two (optional) external focus tool (s), which makes operation much easier. Compared with the traditional ink jet coding, CKD-CFLA V20.03 laser jet coding technology is fast, no consumables, no pollution, and the marked connect cannot be erased, this is a better anti-counterfeiting solution.



It is popular in printing date on water bottle made of PP plastic, compared with inkjet, there is no need to wait for ink to dry, no ink, writing is clearer, pollution-free, odorless, healthier.




The marking direction is adaptable and adjustable. The user can switch the marking direction to mark/ engrave/ print logo / date Vertical, horizontal or other directions.






Not only marking head, the whole laser path's direction also can be adjusted according to your application. There's an angle adjuster under the laser path.


The Y-axis is adjustable for move marking head forward or backward, the Z-axis is adjustable for focusing up or down.


The power of the machine and touch control are all fixed on the machine, the base load and can easily move the whole machine with four universal wheels which can be braked according to your demand.
