By online laser vision location marking machine, the material can be random placed without caring about the direction, no matter how small those material is. The vision location system can quickly recognize those material, the laser can precisely mark logo on pointed location once the conveyor takes the material in the marking scope. (1) Vision location head:
Simplified, integrated accessories into one box, users do not need to calibrate each accessory, reduce errors by long-term using, avoid damage and danger caused by accidental touch.
Matched adjustable surrounding lights. Four directions' lights can be individually adjusted. This makes the machine more adaptable to changeable working environments and complex materials. The old ring lamp cannot be adjusted from a specific angle, the anti-interference ability is poor, the entire light must be replaced once damage, higher maintenance cost higher than CKD-TLMV V24.06.
(2) Conveyor:
Built-in specific background light for visual capture, which greatly improved accuracy and allows the machine to be used for more difficult material processing.

Visual scope:
The theoretical value of the standard visual range is 140*110mm, affected by various factors, such as what laser source the user chooses, theta lens the material needs and so on, the maximum laser marking range in practical application is less than or equal to this value.

FAQ
How to choose configuration?
(1) According to material:
Fiber laser: marking metal, and some non-metal
UV laser: good at marking plastic
CO2 laser: mark some non-metal better
(2) According to marking depth and workload:
Bigger power engraves deeper and fit heavy workload, avoiding too much power fade after long time heavy workload.
(3) Water-cooling or air-cooling
If your working environment is hot, recommend water-cooling for high power laser and it's better to keep work temperature under 25ºC. If your working environment is cold, recommend air-cooling and need keeping work temperature above 0ºC.
(4) Demo test
If you cannot judge according to above guidance, and still can't get the most suitable result after showing us your material picture and marking demand. We offer paid test of your demo; the test fee will be reduced when the you purchase this machine from us.
Example
Work flow of operation:
Upload the material, the conveyor transfers the material into identification scope, the software automatically calibrates the marking direction, the laser marks the material, then the conveyor transfers the marked material away.
Water chiller: Come with machine when the laser is water-cooling mode.
Collector: User prepared by themselves.
Feeder: Customized and optional.
The automatic feeder can correct the obverse or reverse face and preliminarily calibrate the workpieces' direction in an easier scope, before the workpieces enter the vision location range. This makes the visual locating faster, further ensuring accuracy while speed increases.
