Product Description
This is a portable fiber laser marking machine, portable 22-25Kg, changeable marking direction for big material and has 3 focus ways.
CKD-PLMN V20.07 has updated with auto-focus function compared with before versions. Besides auto-focus, it still retains the function of E-focus and manual-focus:
Auto-focus: just once press "FOCUS" button on the controller, the marking head will automatically move to location of right focus, no matter what height the work piece is. High-efficiency and user-friendly.
E-focus: CKD-PLMN V24.07 still retains the function of E-focus, users can freely up or down focus by pressing "UP" or "DOWN" button. The users' off-focus marking application is well taken care of.
Manual focus: To avoid accident, CKD-PLMN V24.07 is with manual-focus way. Users can manually switch the wheel on the right conner to adjust focus. Combine convenience, variety and security.
Focus length is visualized, users can easily read accurate focus data on the side sensor.
It's adaptable and can set different focus work distance if the user has several different theta lenses on the same machine.
The precision of the focus is up to 0.1mm, and the height of any non-transparent material can be sensed within 0.1 seconds, and the focus can be stable and uniform.
Marking logo on material:
Stainless steel, aluminum, iron, copper, zinc, gold, silver, K gold, alloys, oxidized metal, coated metal, PVC plastic, opaque acrylic, stone, black cardboard, etc.
Application fields:
Mobile phone case logo marking, watch small characters engraving, plastic key / button marking, belt buckle pattern marking, electronic cigarette decorative pattern marking, electronic products logo marking, jewelry engraving, tableware logo engraving and other fields.
EXAMPLE OF AUTO-FOCUS:
(1) Load material under the sensor, where it has a red beam dot.
(2) Press the middle focus button on the controller, the marking head immediately moves to right focus.
(3) Move that material into marking scope, and execute marking.
