MULTI-FUNCTION PORTABLE LASER MARKING MACHINE

PLMB V19.08 Version is minimalism, strong and user-friendly, breaks the laws of "small size does not last" and "small is hard for maintain/repair/update".

1. PLMB V19.08 can mark bitmap or vector on metal and some non-metal.

For examples:
Mark logo or photo on auto parts, electronic products, kitchenware, packaging box, gift, craft, jewelry, sanitary ware, medical apparatus, photovoltaic product, stationery, hardware, and so on.

PROCESS MATERIAL
Metal: stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, titanium, alloy, etc.
Some non-metal: ABS, PVC, acrylic (non-transparent), ceramic, EP, HDPE, PC, plastic alloy, ink and paint face non-metal, dark stone, etc.



ALARM: alarm after marking completed, suitable for long time deeply engraving.
REAL TIME INDICATE & DYMANIC MONITOR: Can monitor inner parts condition without open the machine, by laser working indicator, power condition indicator and galvanometer working indicator, to avoid accident.
ROTARY CONTROL: avoid the harm of suddenly current fluctuation to control board and laser source, to expand service life.

DEEPLY ENGRAVING AND CUTTING:

Use 100*100mm scope lens to cut or deeply engraving, use 150*150/200*200/300*300mm scope lens to mark big contents. Lenses are optional. We support a professional cutting fixture (optional) if you need cut function more.

High-precision laser path: no matter change parts inside or move location, marking accuracy will not be affected, never out of shape even years using.
Ball screw Z-axis with focus fixture and focus reader (optional): lightly and easily focusing.

Built-in double focus tools in galvanometer, easy to get right focus.
Built-in one button to open or off outside focus tools, expands service life.

OPTIONAL DEVICE:
CKD LASER supply kinds professional and expanding devices to match PLMB, they are optional:
Cutting fixture: fix thin metal sheet for cutting, avoid transformation.
Location bar: with slide slots, can repeat and free positioning, gives material right location, to keep logo mark on the same place when bath processing.
Rotary: kinds of rotary of 50/80/10mm, or professional combinations.
Laser protect goggles: Protect eyes from laser of 200-450 & 800-2000nm, OD4+, CE.

Remark:    It's optional of marking scope and you can choose lenes more than one for different marking scope. The smaller lens the bigger energy when the same power of laser, recommend 200*200mm when you need color marking on stainless steel.  You can send your application details to us for choice help.

PLMB supports functions of starting engraving remotely and stop engraving remotely, can connect security door for emergency stop. 

The user needs one more wire from "3" above to connect DB26, or use a transfer tool from "1" or "2" port above to link DB26 PINs.

UPDATE:
CKD-PLMB V19.08 is manually focus, it can be updated to be V19.10 which is E-focus, and also can be updated to be 3D dynamic focus (CKD-PL3D).
