It Is 3D dynamic 60W or 100W CO2 laser marking machine, devotes to marking on big scope material and keep all those features at the same time:

CKD-TL3D-60/100, V24.05 adopts 3D dynamic compensation, keeping laser beam uniform distribute in marking scope. Comparing with normal 2D machine, the center laser beam is thin, while the edge laser beam is broad and weak, so that the processing effect is not uniform and cannot cut well around the edges.




Large scope marking:

3D dynamic focusing adds an additional set of Z-axis inside the galvanometer, which works with the original X and Y axes. With the scanning of different locations, the software accurately calculates the matching according to the optical path, and the Z-axis is dynamically compensated forward and backward, so that any position in the whole scope is on right-focus. It breaks through the 2D solution's limitation that increasing the scanning area will lead to edge deformation and energy weakening.

Compare two pictures below, when big scope marking, 2D solution leads the edge deformation, rough, uneven and blurry; while 3D solution gets better effect of smooth, uniform, clear and no deformation.




CKD-TL3D-60/100, V24.05 is CO2 laser marking machine, it can mark most of non-material, such as: acrylic, wood, leather, PU, PE, PVC plastic and so on.



3D relief:
The advanced pre-polymerization method of CKD-TL3D-60/100, V24.05, can adjust the focal length of the laser beam in real time according to the shape and curvature of different workpieces through software, moving focusing mirror and variable beam expansion to ensure distortion free marking in the processing of special-shaped materials, such as 3D hook surfaces, steps, cones, bevels and other objects. Break the limitation that 2D static marking can only mark the plane surface.




High-power machine normally has a heavy laser path, CKD-TL3D-60/100, V24.05 is E-focus, this reduces the workload of manually finding the initial position.






CKD-TL3D-60/100, V24.05 has both air-cooling and water-cooling modes for choice.





Water cooling mode has a water chiller, and fits working in higher average temperature.
