CKD-SMLA is a vision location system, which helps you mark logo at right location when a batch of material are skewed located in the marking field.
It helps you save time of setting material in right direction one by one, and marks more precisely by laser without consumables and pollution.
For example: you have thousands of phone card trays (short for tray below), those trays are small and need precision logo on them, those logos are tiny and can't be wiped. The most important is that those trays must be quickly needed. One by one marking by hands is ineffective, automatic processing needs huge equipment and costs a lot. CKD-SMLA system can help you solve this problem perfectly.
CKD-SMLA adopts high precision vision capturer and high precision computing system, keep the error within ±0.1mm.
1: All-in-one vision capturer, conveniently maintained.
2: Backlight, ring around, uniform luminescence, no screen flash.
3: Double red lights, one for preview before engraving, another for easily focusing, helps mark on right focus to keep the most beautiful marking effect.
4: X-Y table, helps to slightly location moving, this table is with position holes on, which can you do more assisted works.
This machine is with engineer locks, special dedicated. Installed with industry using computer, which makes your processing more stable.
CKD-SMLA has function of warning of danger when the door is open during working, can alarm the user by sound when the marking is completed.
