CKD-SMLC, V19.12 version, holds a design patent, and, strictly complies with the requirements of IEC60825-1 for first-class laser equipment. It has passed the tests of laboratories with CNAS and ilac-MRA qualifications, been registered with the FDA, and obtained CE certification.
 

CKD-SMLC, V19.12 version is the optimal solution of portable full sealing fiber laser marking machine. It keeps the small footprint, while offers the largest enclosed space and unlimited open working space at the same time.
 
While having a compact structure, it retains all the powerful functions of an industrial machine, including: extremely high laser power (20-100W selectable), rotary engraving, automatic number skipping, automatic coding and software auto-focusing.
 

It adopts a 1064nm fiber laser with extremely excellent beam quality as the emission source, with a beam quality of less than 1.5, maintenance-free, low noise and high single-pulse energy.
 
It is equipped with a standard digital galvanometer, with a speed of up to 4000mm/s. The corner delay can be adjusted by software, and the engraving effect is smooth and touchless.
 

CKD-SMLC, V19.12 version adopts two focusing methods:

(1)   Users only need to fill in the height of the material in the software, and the machine can automatically focus with an accuracy of 0.001mm, which is very friendly to beginners.
 
(2) Adjust the upper and lower buttons for flexible focusing. For this purpose, we have added a speed regulation function. When the distance from the focus is far, the speed can be increased; when the distance from the focus is close, the speed can be reduced to improve the accuracy.
 

CKD-SMLC, V19.12 version can process materials with a width of 290mm and unlimited length, solving the problem that users' small enclosed machines cannot process large materials.
 

Users can optionally equip an external seeking fixture to achieve uniform laser engraving on the cylindrical arc surface and engraving on the inner side of the ring.
 

We CKD LASER CO., TLD offer users optional metal cutting fixtures for fixing metal sheets. Users can use CKD-SMLC V19.12 to cut gold and silver with a thickness of less than 1.5mm.
