V21.03 DPI version of CKD-PLUV is specifically used for bit map gray color contrast marking on PC plastic mixed with other ingredients. Compared with other versions, the marking effect is more pronounced. We can customize the internal parameters of the laser by testing your sample specifically. This special version is mainly used to meet the standards of medical plastics and special electronic plastics.


This version of machine is a portable, tabletop style laser marking machine, it uses E-focus, can be precisely adjusted to the desired focus in the shortest time.


After many rigorous repeated tests, V21.03 DPI's marking effect of contrast is obvious, the surface is smooth and clean, and the hot melt area is small and does not damage the material. Compared with other lasers or different versions of similar lasers, it avoids uneven surface of marking effect, pungent smell, or not obvious contrast.


This machine build in double focus tools, which allows the operator to visually obtain the ideal focal length when the laser is not visible.
