Static welding:
Put the material in welding scope under the welding head, observing the welding track via CCD system, clean fast and accurate.
Handle welding:
Handle the welding head to move weld irregular materials, free the welding shapes, reach small corners.
Match air pipe beside the welding nozzle, keep air around the welding seam timely.
Light and small head, reduce the workload.
Welding sample show:
Notice: YAG laser cannot weld pure aluminum. Dioxide aluminum can be welded by YAG laser, but cannot keep seamless welding. If the users must weld aluminum with high standard, recommend our CKD-WFH-1000/1500/2000 V23.12 high power fiber laser welding machine.
CCD System:
The welded material can be enlarged on the displayer, user can track the welding timely, which mark sure the welding right and protect eyes.
Users can start the laser by press down the foot switch when using static welding model, free hands for other works.
Display data can microscope data can be adjusted according the use.
The controller is hidden under the work table, it can be drawn out and back any time.
The laser path location is adjustable, flexibly fit different application.
Thermostatic water chiller makes sure the welding machine stable and reliable. It automatically adjusts the water temperature, cool down water when high temperature, warm up water to avoid freeze.
Notice:
Other place can't have any water expect the water tank inside the water chiller.
The best working temperature is 25ºC in your work shop, avoid subzero temperature and high temperature above 40ºC.
Users can freely choose consumables, such as protective lens and welding nozzles. To minimize consumables' waste, please keep the working environment clean, especially keep clean around welding scope on the table.
