CKD-PLMB can print photo on metal, can color mark on stainless steel and titanic, can deeply engrave metal, mark black or white logo on metal and some non-metal, such as some plastic, dark surface stone and other dark color non-metal.

1. Much safe: 24V voltage, much safe than 220V voltage used on metal Z-axis column.

4. Set manual wheel as standby: once no power on Z-axis, the user can manually control the focus.

Easily judge the working state through the external indicators:
 

* Bule rotary control: 

For normal machines: To avoid damage, the user must power off the whole machine before plugging on the rotary, and then re-start whole machine, the whole process is very troublesome, the machine must be suspended for a period.

CKD-PLMB V19.10: No overall power off, just turn off the rotary control button, turn on after connecting the rotation, no interrupt the machine's ongoing processing.
 

* Equipped with an alarm:
When the laser processing is completed, the machine will alarm, which makes the user do not have to check whether the processing is completed from time to time, and is very friendly to users with deep adjustment tasks and complex processing.
 

1. Green power indicator: shows machine power on or off;
2. Red laser indicator: when laser is outputting, this button light on;
3. Orange laser button: Ony turn on, the entire machine can emit the laser, double ensure the safety.
4. Green software button: Unless turn on, otherwise, the software cannot be used. Users also can set their own password in the software to avoid mis operation of the machine by other workers.
5. Emergency switch: Set at the far right, most conveniently location for emergency interruption.

EASY OPERATION



Controlled by computer via one USB cable came with the machine.

Comes with calibrated marking software of EzCad2.

Users can use "Light Burn" marking software on this machine by paid service.
