The F-Theta flat field scanning lens, also known as the field mirror and F-theta Focusing lens, is a professional industrial laser device based on galvanoscopic scanning of laser marking, cutting and engraving systems. There are a wide variety including F-Theta lenses and telecentric lenses, the recommended ones on this page are F-Theta lenses for laser wavelengh of 1064nm, 355nm and 10.6μm.

About how to choose scan scope:

A large scanning range means that there is no need to move the processed material, and the laser can scan a large range at once. However, the focus spot also increases, the distortion increases, the focal length increases, and the working axis also needs to be raised.

The extension of working distance inevitably leads to the loss of laser energy. Compared with small format field mirrors on the same equipment, laser energy will be weakened.

In addition, insufficient thinness of the spot can lead to a very rapid decrease in the power density of the laser (power grams are inversely proportional to the second power of the spot diameter),reducing the processing efficiency.

To ensure both scanning range and processing efficiency, it is necessary to increase the power of the laser. Therefore, the power of the laser, the working focus of the laser system and the actual processing needs simultaneously constrain the selection of the field mirror scanning range.
