CKD-PLMN, V20.02H is a portable all-in-one fiber laser marking machine.

Advantages:

(1) The working area and debugging area are integrated, allowing operators to make quick adjustments without leaving their workstations.

(2) Equipped with a rotatable marking head, it expands the marking range and area, enabling the small machine to mark on extra-large workpieces.

(3) The portable design facilitates on-site use in workshops for re-marking large equipment or assembled parts.

(4) The computer is mounted on the machine body, avoiding accidental signal interruption caused by external computers.

Application scope of CKD-PLMN, V20.02H:

(1) Marking on most metals and non-metals;

(2) Capable of marking vector graphics, bitmaps (photos), and text;

(3) Automatically generate serial numbers, time, dates, QR codes and barcodes, and can automatically jump numbers in the set order;

(4) Optional laser with power above 50W enables deep engraving on metal surfaces;

(5) Optional MOPA laser allows color marking on stainless steel, titanium and some oxide layer surfaces, which is never fading and requires no pigments.

CKD-PLMN, V20.02H can be optionally equipped with a rotary marking function, enabling pattern marking on the surface of cylindrical objects, such as cups, bottles, bearings, tubular metals, etc.; it can also mark the inner and outer rings of annular materials, such as rings and annular parts, etc.

* Positioning bars with sliding grooves: adjustable in 1mm increments, while traditional positioning bars can only move in 25mm units.
