THIS IS A NICE ONLINE DATA OR NUMBER LASER MARKING SOLUTION:
Automatically marking different series numbers, bar codes or QR codes on kinds of material.

1. set in touch controller.
2. put material on conveyor.
3. machine detects the material once it comes in laser marking scope.
4. laser output and mark set content in step one.

Each marking content can be different, for example, 001, 002, 003, 004… or 002, 004, 006, 008… or 18:31:01, 8:31:02, 8:31:03, 8:31:04…and so on.


Application material: all the metal and some non-metal.

(1) Metal: Cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium alloy, zinc alloy, copper, nickel plating, galvanized and so on. Application Examples: Mobile phone decoration, MP4 shell, hardware pieces, hutch defends hardware, clock and watch shells, medical equipment, tools, accessories, jewelry accessories, auto parts etc.
