CKD-UMLN-3/5 is water cooling, this helps to expand the using life of laser. We adopt top quality water chiller to help the machine back to normal work temperature quickly. To keep the machine running well and avoiding soft stop, we installed professional industry computer inside the machine, which has a strong ability of anti-interference. The user doesn't need to install and calibrate the software after receiving the machine.


The whole marking process is very easy after connecting the water chiller and power on machine:
1. put the material in marking scop under right focus.
2. set parameter by software.
3. start marking to get nice marking effect.


Marking effect shows for acrylic door brand, plastic power charger, jade for jewelry and so on. The marking effect is smooth and feel nothing when touching.



CKD-UMLN-3/5 is good at bath marking, for example, 2000 piece remote control can be engraved logo, it can be faster if the loading speed of material can be more faster.


CKD-UMLN-3/5 can mark real photo clearly, support automatically QR code or bar code coding, the series number can automatically jump according to the pointed rule, supports circle around edit and mark, can be used for marking angle and so on.

Because the laser source is installed on the Z-axis column, the Z-axis must be strong and table, at the same time, the marking table can't not be out of shape during years using, CKD-ULMN-3/5 use a big enough aluminum plate of 10mm thickness to cove the whole table, the whole plate is with uniformed 25mm distance hoses for M6 screws.

CKD-ULMN-3/5 support rotary marking (rotary is optional), use original control board from BJJCZ and supports users with authorized marking software of new version of EzCad2.
