CKD-PLMB, V19.08 can be optionally equipped with a CCD camera, which is more accurate than traditional red-light preview for small area marking and can observe the laser processing effect in real time.

MICRO OBSERVATION
CKD-PLMB,V19.08 is specially designed laserdedicated CCD observer for real-time monitoringof laser processing.

The observer is optional

This CCD camera is equipped with a zoom lens and an adjustable stand, ensuring high pixel count and high clarity while allowing for Angle adjustment to avoid reflection from the material.

The CCD image software and marking software can be used simultaneously. After purchasing the machine, it is authorized for free use for life.

It is recommended that users adopt a 50W or 100W laser configuration, which can cut thin and complex-patterned gold and silver. The cutting device shown in the following picture is optional and can be used to fix metal workpieces, recycle waste materials, etc.

CKD-PLMB, V19.08 version can be equipped with various diameter rotary fixtures, such as 50mm chucks, 69mm chucks, 80mm chucks or 100mm chucks, to achieve the function of laser engraving while rotating, solving the problem of uneven engraving effect on cylindrical curved surfaces from a static plane.

In the following picture, the effect on the left shows that when using a rotating fixture in combination, the LOGO or pattern is engraved very evenly on the surface of the cylinder. The one on the right shows the effect without using a rotating fixture, only placing the cylinder within the laser marking area. The effects on both sides are not clear, which is due to the defocus of the laser caused by the curved surface. If the user needs to engrave around a cylinder or a ring, it is recommended to select a rotating fixture. For specific selection methods, please consult our staff.

Remark: MOPA laser source can mark color on stainless steel, titanium and mark black on dioxide aluminum. MOPA laser can quickly burn various smooth and fine colors on the surfaces of these materials without the need of pigment or ink. The entire process is non-contact marking, fast, pollution-free and does not fade.

Remark:    It's optional of marking scope and you can choose lenes more than one for different marking scope.
