CKD-SMLA V22.06 is a comprehensive laser system, including kinds of functions to choose, the finally function needs to adapt user's application by strengthen or weaken some functions.

It can mark, weld, cut and clean. Functions including vision location, background display, vision location, 3D dynamic focusing and so on. Mainly used for tiny, easily broken material and for highly-demand that must be clearly enough to timely monitor laser working trace for those sophisticated components.

OPERATION EXAMPLE:



Mark tiny words on 0.5mm diameter's wafer on PCB circuit board:

1. Set: Put the material in marking scope and set marking contents and parameters.
2. Point: The machine will clearly show the material's image on computer. Box choose any location on wafer, the set content will timely on the pointed location.
3. Mark: The machine will quickly recognize the location, automatically calibration the direction and laser mark.

Fast show the material with delay no matter how you change the location of material, 12,000,000 HD pixel clearly display.

AUTOMATICALLY DIRECTION CALIBRATION:

Tiny material is hard to out direction by hands one by one, waste time even by a robot arm.
For CKD-SMLA V22.06, just keep the tiny material in recognizing scope, not matter what directions, the material will mark contents in right directions you set.


All operation tools are integrated on right side together, seamless built the keyboard and mouse in the drawer.

We supply professional OD4+ 200-450 & 800-2000nm laser protective glass on the slide door, the user also can choose an acrylic of they like wear laser protective goggles.


CKD-SMLA V22.06 has a very small noise, the user can connect a smoke purifier at the back the machine. It is fully considered for human health and environment protection.
